1. Active Listings!
  Typical foreclosure sites gather their data from county records in order to provide you with information on properties that have gone into foreclosure, however, there’s no way to know if someone is interested in being helped, or content to abandon their property.  Homesedo does those sites one better by giving you information on properties where people are actively seeking assistance!

2. We know BEFORE a notice of default (N.O.D.) has been filed
  Typically, a homeowner must miss at least three mortgage payments before a notice of default is filed.  Once an N.O.D is filed, that homeowners information is distributed across the internet.  Homesedo’s listings include homeowners who have told us that they are behind on payments.  You can actually get information on the home, months before the N.O.D has been filed, when you can present the homeowner with the greatest number of options.

3. Full contact information, including cell phones and email address
  The homeowner is supplying the data.  Therefore, our listings include the listing’s alternate phone number and their email address. The homeowners found in Homesedo want to talk to you.  They need to find a solution to their financial issues, so they are very motivated.
